Comet Triathlon are putting on a "Back to Track Running Course"  
New to running or ready to start running after a long break? Whether you have a busy schedule or lack of motivation join in January's Back to Track course. Only £50 for the course!
'Back to Track' aims to help the new, or returning runners, to build up their running to a stage where they are confident to continue on their own, join the Comet Triathlon Club, or reach a point where the thought of running a 10k race for charity, or simply getting out and enjoying the health benefits of running and multi-sport seem less daunting.

We will assess you on the first session and make sure we put you in a group of similar ability.

What do you get for your £50?

  • Support and guidance from qualified leaders/coaches
  • Training ideas to get you running up to 5K by the end of the course
  • Specific stretch coaching to help prevent injuries


When and Where - Every Wednesday for 8 weeks, start 14 January 2015 at 6.30pm at Walton Athletics Track, Stompond Lane,Walton on Thames.
